Product Manager
Product strategist and engineer at core, building the bridge between complex systems and the people who rely on them.
I love to build. I started as an application developer before moving into product, an engineering foundation that still shapes how I think about systems, not just a roadmap. Since then, I've led product builds across fintech, healthcare, and ecommerce for millions of consumers.
Most recently, I've applied that same drive to AI: shipping agentic systems with tool-calling, multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and guardrails/evals, because I wanted to prove I could build it, not just talk about it.
The problems I find most exciting are the ones without a playbook yet — new technology, real consequences, and not a clear consensus on the right move.

Users don't understand how their benefits work, what's covered, or how to manage a claim, leading to friction and low utilization: ~42% left money unspent at year-end (~$380 on average), ~15% of claims got stuck in substantiation, and ~25% triggered a support call, putting contract renewals at risk. Using user research and call data, I wrote the product brief covering strategy, data flow, and architecture for modernizing the experience and consolidating platforms that unlocked a new distribution channel, generating 3 new clients, $1.5M in AUM growth, and 6,000 new users. Claims stuck in substantiation dropped to 8% and call volume fell 10%.

Users have difficulty utilizing their supplemental benefits such as OTC medication and food funds. Most are older, have low tech literacy, and face digital and physical accessibility barriers. Lower utilization puts contract renewals at risk and can lead to reduced client funding. Utilizing UX research insights, I led the discovery and build of new online shopping experience integrated with Amazon and Walmart fulfillment and increased benefit utilization by 20%. Through a structured migration, this product is the go forward experience for over 10 million users.
